Last Saturday, after 8 weeks, Emma completed her first set of swimming lessons! She only cried once today (she got some water in her nose), then laughed the rest of the class. She was also excited to see her new friend, Kaelyn, and be reunited with her best buddy, Kendall, whom we haven't seen in a while due to the general busyness of summer.
And despite her tears, she learned a great deal about swimming, and mommy learned to try to schedule a later class because she is not a morning person. Here are some photos from her last class:
